Battikha, PE, is now available ( Battikha, an award-winning author in the field of process instrumentation and control, says an updated edition of his popular book was needed because of recent advances in process instrumentation and control implementation. The revised edition makes it easier for readers to select and implement measurement and control devices for process auto- mation applications. Readers will gain practical answers to ques- tions pertaining to ISA symbology, instru- ment and control valve selection criteria, conversion guidelines, maintenance, cali- bration, decision making, and consulting. The handbook has long been one of ISA's most successful publications. Battikha has twice received ISA's Raymond D. Molloy Award—once for the initial edition of the book and once for the third edition.
